Merkrete's underlayment, patching and self-leveling products are specifically designed to prepare and repair surfaces to provide an acceptable foundation for the installation of tile and stone as well as other types of floor coverings.
Pro Patch Plus is a quick-setting, polymer-modified, Portland-cement-based skim coating compound for embossed leveling resilient floors as well as finishing and smoothing interior and exterior subfloors. Pro Patch Plus is specifically formulated to smooth out and finish substrates prior to installation of resilient flooring, carpet, ceramic tile and stone tiles.
Merkrete Pro Patch AL1 is a fast-setting, high-end, polymer-modified Portland-cement-based skim coat compound for embossed leveling resilient floors, and finishing and smoothing of interior subfloors. Pro Patch AL1 is specifically formulated to smooth and finish substrates prior to the installation of luxury vinyl tiles, vinyl sheet goods, vinyl composition tile (VCT), carpet and glued-down installation of floor coverings, ceramic tile and stone.
Merkrete Q-Set Deck Mud provides a solid foundation substrate prior to the installation of tile and stone. It may also be used as a setting bed directly for tile application using a neat Portland cement hard coat while the leveling mortar material is still plastic.
Underlay C provides an optimal surface for floor coverings such as vinyl, resilient tile, carpet, stone, ceramic and quarry tile. It is also exceptional for concrete surface repairs. Underlay C is ideal for achieving a slope base foundation for drainage in showers, drainage under exterior elastomeric deck coatings, or any floor requiring slope for drainage purposes.
Underlay RS is a fast-setting, troweled, polymer-modified underlayment designed to provide a suitable surface for floor coverings like vinyl, resilient tile, carpet, ceramic and stone tile. It is ideal for achieving a slope base foundation for any floor requiring such.

Merkrete Underlay SLU is a pourable, pumpable and free-flowing Portland cement-based underlayment for rapid leveling interior substrates. SLU can be poured from featheredge to 3/4” thickness in one pour. Underlay SLU is specifically formulated to smooth out and level substrates with excellent durability for the installation of all floor coverings.
SLU Primer is a uniquely formulated emulsion applied to all substrates prior to the application of self-leveling underlayment.
101 Overspray Primer is an underlayment primer and bonding agent for installing Merkrete's waterproof and crack isolation membranes under ceramic, tile and stone. 101 Overspray Primer reduces porosity factor and increases bond on most of substrates .
